Responsibilities
Operational support in planning, organizing and executing online seminars
Maintenance of seminar schedules, formats, speaker and participant information
Participation in participant and event flow management
Support in coordinating technical setup, speakers and internal interfaces
Maintenance and updating of seminar and online content on the website and platforms
Collaboration on publishing content in the CMS
Support for social media activities according to clear guidelines
Assistance with CRM processes related to inquiries and bookings
Requirements
Completed degree or comparable practical experience
Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
Good English skills
Initial experience or strong interest in online topics, seminars or digital learning
Structured, reliable and meticulous working style
