Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of tactics such as email, automation, social, SEO, ABM, and others
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance to maximize ROI and revenue
- Collaborate with product marketing, content and organizational leaders to develop plans
- Work closely with the sales teams and help where necessary in territory campaigns
- Develop multi-channel campaigns that incorporate lead scoring, behavioural data and activity to engage customers and drive revenue
- Build and activate a database to nurture prospects and drive pipeline.
- Write compelling, conversion focused content with strong call to actions.
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to drive operational excellence and consistency.
- Complement existing team strengths by introducing best practices in campaign management and journey mapping.
- Provide guidance to marketing team members on best practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of related experience in sales or marketing, and a degree in a similar field
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
- Analytical minded with experience in budget management, marketing planning, reporting, and localization.
- Proficiency in reporting on marketing campaign performance, KPIs, and report on ROI to senior management.
- Ability to prioritize both projects and stakeholders
- Motivated self-starter who can seize opportunities with some direction
- Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment and exhibit grace under pressure
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, communication and people management skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in SaaS is a requirement
- Experience in Salesforce, WordPress and Pardot
- T-shaped capabilities: broad expertise across marketing
- Knowledge in the latest trends and best practices around demand capture and generation
