Responsibilities
Define, implement and manage the QA strategy, processes and standards across all projects
Lead and mentor the QA team, providing technical guidance and oversight
Develop, execute and maintain automated and manual test scripts
Configure and manage test plans, pipelines and reporting in Azure DevOps
Ensure traceability of requirements, defects and test coverage using Azure DevOps Boards/Test Plans
Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor product quality and test effectiveness
Promote continuous improvement of QA practices, including automated, performance and security testing
Act as the escalation point for all QA-related issues.
Requirements
Strong experience as a QA Lead / Test Manager
Advanced proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans)
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, SpecFlow)
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests
Knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, UAT)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
