To strengthen our fundraising team we are looking for a Digital Fundraising/Marketing Officer to expand our digital, cross-channel fundraising activities.
Main responsibilities: design and implementation of digital fundraising measures and campaigns to acquire individual and recurring donors.
Further development of the email program, including newsletters, campaigns and automated processes.
Development and execution of advertising campaigns for lead generation and direct fundraising via Meta, Google and other advertising channels.
Regular reporting and analysis of the fundraising program's performance for internal and external stakeholders.
Ongoing management of external agencies, freelancers and other service providers.
Continuous monitoring of success metrics and budget control.
Requirements
A passion for human rights and migration policy, and the desire to use your professional skills to save lives.
Completed university degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in online, performance, digital fundraising or other B2C marketing.
Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels to run multichannel campaigns focused on revenue generation.
Significant experience in at least one specific digital channel such as website, social ads, CRM/email, display, SEA (search engine advertising), etc.
Strong knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Webflow, Brevo, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager) or similar tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Matomo, etc.
Strong numerical affinity and experience in reporting, analysis and the strategic development of actionable recommendations.
Excellent knowledge of standard office programs (especially MS 365) and fundraising databases/CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
