  • To strengthen our fundraising team we are looking for a Digital Fundraising/Marketing Officer to expand our digital, cross-channel fundraising activities.
  • Main responsibilities: design and implementation of digital fundraising measures and campaigns to acquire individual and recurring donors.
  • Further development of the email program, including newsletters, campaigns and automated processes.
  • Development and execution of advertising campaigns for lead generation and direct fundraising via Meta, Google and other advertising channels.
  • Regular reporting and analysis of the fundraising program's performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ongoing management of external agencies, freelancers and other service providers.
  • Continuous monitoring of success metrics and budget control.

Requirements

  • A passion for human rights and migration policy, and the desire to use your professional skills to save lives.
  • Completed university degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in online, performance, digital fundraising or other B2C marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple digital marketing channels to run multichannel campaigns focused on revenue generation.
  • Significant experience in at least one specific digital channel such as website, social ads, CRM/email, display, SEA (search engine advertising), etc.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., Webflow, Brevo, Google Ads Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager) or similar tools like WordPress, HubSpot, Matomo, etc.
  • Strong numerical affinity and experience in reporting, analysis and the strategic development of actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard office programs (especially MS 365) and fundraising databases/CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Start-up spirit – you enjoy exploring new approaches and finding creative solutions.
