About the role

  • Analista de Contas a Pagar Júnior managing corporate financial routines at Soprano. Responsible for accounts payable, payments, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the corporate Accounts Payable area, analyzing and performing daily, biweekly, monthly and/or quarterly reconciliations/closings:
  • Recording third-party invoices;
  • Recording payments;
  • Processing advances/prepayments for outstanding items;
  • Calculating variable compensation for the commercial team;
  • Accounting integration of commissions; calculation of advance indemnity payments; handling sales campaigns and Representatives' terminations.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury and/or Finance;
  • Knowledge of tax procedures (invoice entry, tax withholdings, etc.);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Availability to work on-site at the Farroupilha (RS) facility.
