Responsibilities
Work in the corporate Accounts Payable area, analyzing and performing daily, biweekly, monthly and/or quarterly reconciliations/closings:
Recording third-party invoices;
Recording payments;
Processing advances/prepayments for outstanding items;
Calculating variable compensation for the commercial team;
Accounting integration of commissions; calculation of advance indemnity payments; handling sales campaigns and Representatives' terminations.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
Experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury and/or Finance;
Knowledge of tax procedures (invoice entry, tax withholdings, etc.);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Availability to work on-site at the Farroupilha (RS) facility.
