Responsibilities
Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, Average Selling Price (ASP), Gross Margin, Local Contribution Margin (LCM), Help Rate and Same Day Help
Manage, coach and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees
Effectively manage and support change management initiatives
Willing to travel throughout region and provide ongoing onsite support
Motivate the team to enthusiastically embrace the policies and procedures of AudioNova
Ensure the team provides a customer-centered approach
Ensure all employees are compliant with AudioNova’s local and global policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with other leaders to execute on all talent management initiatives
Lead strategies to improve engagement across the region
Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding to execute on portfolio management initiatives
Foster a culture that aligns with the values and vision of AudioNova
Support the Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects
Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience required
MBA, preferred
Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
Strong business acumen
Marketing and promotion experience
Solid analytic and problem solving skills
Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and counseling skills
Multi-unit management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
