About the role

  • Sales Executive at SONDA expanding Infrastructure and Security business with major technology partners. Focused on client relationships and tailored solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and execution of the Sales Channels relationship strategy.
  • Actively prospect potential clients, building strong, trust-based relationships;
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations, demonstrating the added value of the solutions offered;
  • Negotiate commercial terms aiming to close mutually beneficial contracts;
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support and development to ensure delivery of complete solutions that meet customer expectations;
  • Monitor sales and market performance indicators to adjust strategies;
  • Participate in events, trade shows and business meetings to expand networking and market knowledge;
  • Prepare regular reports on commercial activities and market outlook;
  • Serve the North and Northeast regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business or a related field;
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and security solutions;
  • Experience in commercial roles, preferably in B2B sales and technology solutions;
  • Ability to manage complex negotiations and lead consultative sales processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic and assertive approach;
  • Strong planning, organization and time-management capabilities.
