Responsibilities
Support the management and execution of the Sales Channels relationship strategy.
Actively prospect potential clients, building strong, trust-based relationships;
Deliver technical and commercial presentations, demonstrating the added value of the solutions offered;
Negotiate commercial terms aiming to close mutually beneficial contracts;
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support and development to ensure delivery of complete solutions that meet customer expectations;
Monitor sales and market performance indicators to adjust strategies;
Participate in events, trade shows and business meetings to expand networking and market knowledge;
Prepare regular reports on commercial activities and market outlook;
Serve the North and Northeast regions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business or a related field;
Knowledge of infrastructure and security solutions;
Experience in commercial roles, preferably in B2B sales and technology solutions;
Ability to manage complex negotiations and lead consultative sales processes;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an empathetic and assertive approach;
Strong planning, organization and time-management capabilities.
