Responsibilities
- Data quality management
- Clean and verify data integrity before processing (duplicate detection, anomaly detection)
- Maintain database quality across European operations
- Extract and analyze data to validate accuracy
- Create and update reports to support high-quality project tracking
- Provide support to develop visualizations using tools such as Power BI
- Assist local Customer Service teams in understanding data and deriving actionable insights
- Collaborate with IT contacts to ensure consistency of reporting across Europe
Requirements
- Prior internship or professional experience in database management or data analysis is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Master’s student or graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) – essential, including basic use of reports, dashboards, and simple data exports
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and common lookup formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP)
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI, with basic skills in Power Query and simple visualizations
- Basic understanding of data extractions in NetSuite is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends in large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and rigor in data handling
- Ability to interpret data and explain results to non-specialists
- Ability to learn quickly and a passion for technology (systems and IT processes)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Natural communicator, able to explain complex concepts simply, clearly, pragmatically and in a structured way
