- Senior Analyst responsible for management methodology and strategies at Grupo Soma. Focus on ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Grupo Soma's best management practices are applied to execute strategy and facilitate strong operational results
- Act alongside the area as the “owner and guardian” of the Management System Methodology and Tools (strategy + operations + execution + budget + results)
- Oversee the Strategic Planning cycle, development of area targets and OKRs
- Identify opportunities for result levers: revenue growth, cost reduction and cash generation
- Define the schedule and standard cadence for results management
- Responsible for ensuring management cycle processes, such as goal deployment, organizing follow-up meetings and analyzing results
- Cascade annual targets and monitor them on a monthly basis
- Develop materials and presentations for strategic events
- Monitor deadlines and results, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure efficient time management
- Promote a results-driven management culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of programming (SQL), databases and Power BI
- Experience in consulting, retail, or project-based work is a prerequisite
- Fluent communication with different hierarchical levels within the company, including C-level executives
