About the role

  • Responsible for adapting and localizing artwork/prints according to the specific requirements of each garment, ensuring the final result remains true to the creative concept and is technically feasible for production.
  • Adapt prints for different fabric bases, sizes and silhouettes.
  • Make necessary adjustments to ensure correct placement on the garment.
  • Work closely with the Pattern Making team to ensure accuracy in placement and finishes.
  • Prepare final files for production, ensuring appropriate technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Print Designer.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical patternmaking and print placement information.
  • Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design; or
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (postgraduate in Print Design desirable); or
  • Courses or postgraduate studies in Print Design / Printed Textiles.
