About the role
- Assistant Manager, Store Design supporting new store projects for the Coach brand in SEAO. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet brand standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support new store projects, renovations, enhancements, and concept work for the Coach brand in SEAO
- Manage new store openings, renovations, and enhancement projects from feasibility through opening
- Review project designs with Visual Merchandising, Sales, Business Development, and Construction teams for alignment
- Participate in site reviews with local Business Development teams to ensure design intent and operational requirements are met
- Assist in managing store enhancement projects and ensure timely execution
- Help review and approve creative samples locally to reduce back-and-forth and accelerate decision-making
- Work with local ISPC and procurement teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Partner with Visual Merchandising and local buying teams to ensure proper store zoning and product presentation
- Update projects as needed to meet evolving business needs and budget constraints
- Review construction and millwork drawings for accuracy in dimensions, materials, and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred
- Minimum 3 years in architecture, drafting, or retail design
- Experience reviewing architectural and millwork drawings is a plus
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (required)
