About the role

Responsibilities
- Define project requirements and objectives by leading comprehensive needs assessments in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to translate complex material and chemical specifications, performance criteria, and regulatory considerations into clear, actionable project plans
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver project milestones on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with strategic program objectives
- Apply project management best practices to drive consistent and predictable project execution
- Support the development and execution of strategies specific to the Material Reinvent program
- Demonstrate strong responsiveness and adaptability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of 3 years of project management and/or team leadership
- Minimum 3 years of experience with medical devices and FDA/ISO requirements
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written and presentation)
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- New product development or product life cycle maintenance such as product engineering experience a plus
- Ability to influence stakeholders including clarifying risks and opportunities
- Experience in chemicals, polymers and adhesives a plus
- Experience in manufacturing transfer to external manufacturing a plus
- Microsoft Office and Project proficient
- Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
