About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of various data types, such as sales, CRM, sell-out, etc.
- Develop and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Ensure continuous improvement in the monitoring of business metrics and performance.
- Partner closely with cross-functional team members across LATAM.
- Support daily operations for the sales and marketing teams.
- Support the implementation of a business intelligence approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Data Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Prior experience leveraging analytics to support business operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, DAX, and SQL.
- Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
