Responsibilities
Lead and manage the mechanical maintenance execution team, setting objectives and development plans and optimizing resources to ensure high safety standards, productivity, and efficiency.
Conduct Root Cause Analyses and lead improvement projects focused on enhancing safety, precision, and overall maintenance process performance.
Manage contractor performance (short- and long-term contracts) through KPI reviews, audits, and make-or-buy decisions, while monitoring quality, HSE, reliability, and productivity.
Develop and qualify new contractors for maintenance services and materials to boost productivity, increase reliability, and optimize asset lifecycle costs.
Support and lead risk and change management analyses (Management of Change - MoC) to mitigate impacts on safety and operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance.
CREA registration.
Knowledge of SAP PM and intermediate English proficiency.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to set priorities and evaluate financial impacts.
