Responsibilities
Assist in delivering key operational processes and administrative functions.
Maintain and manage the company’s internal timecard system:
Ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Add and maintain JSOs (Job Service Orders) across all accounts.
Maintaining and updating forecasts for all accounts in collaboration with Account Managers and Operations.
Ensuring forecasting data aligns with internal systems and financial reporting requirements.
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure alignment between operational data and financial records.
Support leave reconciliation processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Assist with company utilisation tracking and reporting.
Requirements
A strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Suite is essential.
Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills.
Experience working with internal systems and data management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Good technology skills.
Track record of working in high pressure environments, with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn operational processes.
