About the role

  • Analyst for market intelligence in pricing and packaging strategies at Sólides, a company specialized in integrated HR technology. Responsible for competitive monitoring and pricing model development.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing & Monetization Modeling: Develop and maintain pricing models for the portfolio (SaaS and services), ensuring the right balance between market share and contribution margin
  • Packaging Architecture: Design how our products (Recruiting, Time & Attendance, Payroll, Benefits) combine into plans and bundles, focusing on reducing sales friction and maximizing cross-sell
  • Competitive Monitoring: Perform continuous tracking of prices, portfolio moves and promotions from the main HR Tech and ERP players in Brazil
  • Elasticity and Sensitivity Analysis: Conduct impact studies for price list adjustments and new billing models, forecasting effects on metrics such as Churn and ARPU
  • Strategic GTM Support: Provide data and analytical insights to the Product Marketing team throughout the product lifecycle
  • Discount Intelligence: Analyze the effectiveness of commercial policies and discount approval levels, proposing optimizations to prevent price erosion
  • Unit Economics Analysis: Monitor the correlation between pricing and business metrics (LTV, CAC, Payback, MRR, etc.)

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Market Intelligence, Pricing, or Financial/Commercial Planning
  • Analytical proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling and data analysis) is your bread and butter
  • SQL capability: Experience extracting data for independent analyses
  • SaaS-metrics mindset: You should understand how price impacts MRR, LTV and Expansion
  • Ability to translate complex numbers into clear executive recommendations (Data Storytelling)
