About the role

  • Lead inventory and assortment management in a data-driven fashion for a rapidly growing fashion brand. Drive strategic merchandising efforts and influence business outcomes through data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • OTB (Open-to-Buy) management
  • Assortment planning by store and season
  • Stock allocation and replenishment
  • Performance analysis and commercial reporting
  • Support for commercial calendar and markdowns
  • Team leadership and function development.

Requirements

  • Experience in Merchandising, Assortment Planning, Allocation/Buying (preferably in fashion or lifestyle retail);
  • Hands-on experience building OTB and managing assortment by store;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or similar;
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams, even in informal or project-based contexts;
  • Advanced MS Office skills with proven autonomy;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Strong understanding of retail fundamentals: POS, average ticket, conversion, inventory turnover, markdowns, stock coverage, OTB, and margin analysis;
  • Plus: experience with BI and AI tools and knowledge of demand modeling, sales forecasting, or assortment segmentation using clustering.
