About the role

  • Customer Support Intern for the Solides platform. Provide chat support, resolve basic requests, record interactions, and escalate complex cases.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customers via chat, answering questions about the Solides platform
  • Support the resolution of simple requests and escalate more complex cases to the responsible analysts
  • Record interactions and keep the history updated in the system
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer support and the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong written communication
  • Comfortable interacting with people and resolving problems
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to learn about digital tools and customer support
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles (including informal experience)
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS platforms or technology
