About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage, configure and evolve the MXM ERP, ensuring alignment with business processes;
- Map processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) and lead structured improvements focused on operational efficiency;
- Develop and implement automations, integrations and digital workflows (BPM/RPA/API);
- Support user areas in requirements analysis, testing, acceptance/homologation and deployment of new features;
- Act as guardian of governance best practices and technical documentation;
- Monitor system performance and engage partners when necessary;
- Maintain policies for security, integrity and system access control;
- Automations: RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), API integrations, scripts (Python, SQL, VBA);
- Databases (SQL) and basic infrastructure (network concepts, security, remote access, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with MXM Systems;
- Experience in mapping and improving corporate business processes;
- Hands-on experience with automations, integrations or RPA;
- Experience in the energy, construction or manufacturing sectors is a plus;
- Participation in ERP implementation or migration projects is a plus;
- Certifications (BPM, ITIL, Scrum, Power Platform, UiPath) are a plus;
