About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the Cadency system for both Latin America and North America, ensuring data integrity, user readiness, and smooth financial close processes.
- Manage user access, role changes, and account assignments in Cadency while supporting inquiries.
- Maintain account master data, validate attributes against global standards, and ensure full data governance alignment.
- Generate compliance and performance reports, prepare data extracts, and support monitoring activities.
- Perform monthly validations between SAP and Cadency, investigate discrepancies, and maintain audit ‑ ready documentation.
- Identify automation opportunities, assist with system enhancements, and troubleshoot issues in partnership with global administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- Experience with account reconciliations (manual or system ‑ based).
- Working proficiency in English for cross ‑ regional communication.
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data handling, validation).
- Ability to learn financial systems and navigate technical processes.
- Basic understanding of data governance or master data maintenance.
- Exposure to audit, controls, or reconciliation workflows.
