About the role

  • Pricing Manager crafting pricing and packaging strategies within Sogelink's SaaS portfolio. Collaborating across teams to drive growth and profitability in the construction sector.

Responsibilities

  • Define the Group pricing & packaging strategy
  • Build and oversee pricing models across the entire portfolio of offers
  • Ensure overall consistency of business models between BUs and markets (public / private)
  • Analyze offer performance (ARPA, margin, churn, adoption, conversion)
  • Identify and prioritize pricing growth levers
  • Construct economic scenarios and business cases
  • Represent market perspective in pricing decisions
  • Conduct regular discussions with clients and field teams
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Finance
  • Contribute to Group strategy

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, monetization or strategy consulting
  • Expertise in SaaS business models, value-based pricing strategies, packaging and offer structuring
  • Profitability analysis and construction of complex business cases
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and validating pricing hypotheses
  • Excellent analytical skills, modeling, data analysis, economic simulations
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
