About the role

  • Transfer Pricing Analyst at IFF monitoring intercompany transactions for compliance and supporting transfer pricing documentation. Developing expertise in financials and pricing mechanisms within an international team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor legal entity results to ensure compliance with the Group Transfer Pricing Policy Guidelines, supporting the execution of price adjustments when required.
  • Maintain transfer pricing systems and support the accurate analysis and treatment of financial information related to intercompany transactions.
  • Support the calculation and setting of transfer prices for intercompany transactions globally, covering both tangible goods and intangibles, in line with established transfer pricing policies.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly transfer pricing reports, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with financial results.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local Files).
  • Assist the Tax organization across regions during tax audits by preparing analyses, documentation, and responses to information requests.
  • Provide input and analytical support to the Global Transfer Pricing team, contributing to continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Support the management and maintenance of intercompany agreements for all legal entities.
  • Participate in special projects such as SAP implementations, supply chain optimization initiatives, and business integration or separation activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and legal entity reporting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong sense of control, compliance, and business ethics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with international and cross‑functional teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in transfer pricing, accounting, commercial, international tax, or a related finance role is desirable.
  • Exposure to Transfer Pricing Guidelines or intercompany documentation is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multinational or shared‑service environment is a plus.
  • Ability to clearly explain financial or transfer pricing concepts to non‑tax stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge of OOXP, Alteryx, Power BI, and Snowflake is a plus.
