About the role
- Chargé(e) de solutions SI expert comptable pour Banque à Socram Banque à Niort. Accompagnement de la transformation comptable et réglementaire avec expertise entre métiers comptables et IT.
Responsibilities
- Within the IT Department (DSI), you will report to the Head of the Digital Solutions Department.
- Join a key role at the heart of accounting and regulatory transformation, supporting the implementation of systems for accounting banking products and transactions.
- Preparation of preliminary studies: feasibility, scoping, and effort estimation
- Gathering user requirements through workshops with business stakeholders
- Configuration of accounting schemas
- Writing functional specifications
- Configuration within the domain's IT systems/tools
- Development of the testing strategy and design of functional acceptance tests (UAT)
- Writing user manuals and procedures in collaboration with users
- Providing functional support to users (Run, operational maintenance - MCO)
- Preparing for and participating in meetings and project steering.
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5), ideally with an accounting qualification (DCG, DECF, DESCF, MSTCF...)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a banking Project Owner/business function (Maîtrise d'Ouvrage) or within an Accounting and Finance Department
- Strong accounting skills (accounting schemas, CRE/CRI management, accounting-management reconciliations, suspense accounts...) applied to banking or financial operations (payment instruments, derivatives, credits/loans, term deposits…)
- Knowledge of accounting and finance back-office software: SAB, SAGE
- Teamwork skills, interpersonal abilities and adaptability
- Strong commitment and autonomy
- Service-oriented mindset and engagement
- Good listening skills and excellent interpersonal qualities
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Desire to contribute to large-scale projects.
