About the role

  • Assistant Expertise Comptable managing TPE/PME client portfolios at Exco Socodec. Engaged in accounting tasks like bookkeeping, tax filings, and fiscal report creation in Chalon-sur-Saône.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to your assignment manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients composed of micro and small businesses (TPE/PME), artisans, retailers and self-employed professionals.
  • After training in Exco methodologies, you will be responsible, primarily on a diverse client portfolio, for the following tasks:
  • Processing digitized accounting documents
  • Reviewing automatic accounting pre-allocations
  • Data entry and account reconciliation (matching)
  • Preparation of tax returns and VAT filings
  • Account review and verification
  • Preparation of year-end financial statements and tax return packages

Requirements

  • Education: Bac+2 (e.g., BTS/DUT) or DCG (Diploma in Accounting and Management)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within an accounting firm
  • Soft skills: Methodical and organized; enjoys collaborative teamwork; strong interpersonal skills; proactive and comfortable with digital tools
  • Knowledge of ISACOMPTA and MY UNISOFT would be a plus
