About the role

  • Assistant Expertise Comptable managing TPE/PME client portfolios at Exco Socodec in Chalon-sur-Saône. Handling accounting tasks and providing client support in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage a client portfolio composed of micro-businesses, SMEs, craftsmen, retailers and self-employed professionals
  • Processing of digitized accounting documents
  • Review of automatic accounting pre-allocations
  • Data entry and reconciliation (matching of accounting entries)
  • Preparation of tax returns and VAT filings
  • Account reviews
  • Preparation of balance sheets and corporate tax packages (liasses fiscales)

Requirements

  • Degree equivalent to Bac+2 (e.g., BTS/DUT) or DCG (Diploma in Accounting and Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in an accounting firm is required
  • Methodical and organized
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to make suggestions for improvement
  • Strong interest in digital tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of ISACOMPTA and MY UNISOFT software is a plus
