About the role

  • Director of IBP optimizing planning processes at Smith+Nephew. Leading deployment of SIOP/IBP governance and driving cross-functional alignment for business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of formal SIOP/IBP governance
  • Drive maturity toward end-to-end IBP
  • Enable integration of advanced planning technology and analytics
  • Optimize global revenue, unit demand plans, supply plans, and inventory
  • Align stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product Development
  • Benchmark process maturity versus industry peers and thought leaders
  • Facilitate problem-solving with global manufacturing and demand planning teams
  • Document process design and maintain the IBP/SIOP Playbook

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning including IBP/SIOP governance
  • Proven track record of global process implementation and technology enablement (Kinaxis, SAP/Oracle)
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
