Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of formal SIOP/IBP governance
- Drive maturity toward end-to-end IBP
- Enable integration of advanced planning technology and analytics
- Optimize global revenue, unit demand plans, supply plans, and inventory
- Align stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Product Development
- Benchmark process maturity versus industry peers and thought leaders
- Facilitate problem-solving with global manufacturing and demand planning teams
- Document process design and maintain the IBP/SIOP Playbook
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning including IBP/SIOP governance
- Proven track record of global process implementation and technology enablement (Kinaxis, SAP/Oracle)
- Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
