- MUST have hands-on expertise with .NET (v9) C# and XAML.
- Experienced with the tools of the trade including a variety of modern programming languages, patterns, and frameworks.
- Experience in leading, defining and implementing application architecture that aligns with best practices and proven standards.
- Well versed in complete development life cycle including CI/CD practices and performance testing and toning of applications.
- An expert communicator and technical expert, able to effectively communicate technical ideas, lead and drive technical conversations to solutions.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
