Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and procurement processes across Fidelity’s business divisions
  • Work strategically to secure optimal pricing and terms
  • Mitigate risk and partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive scale and efficiency
  • Collaborate with product managers, contract managers, vendor managers, and finance teams

Requirements

  • Experience or knowledge in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing
  • Commercial and contract negotiation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Strong relationship management and vendor oversight capabilities
  • BS/BA in Business Administration
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
  • Passion for driving business outcomes and improving efficiency
  • Ability to lead negotiations and evaluate suppliers across financial, technical, and performance dimensions
  • Strong customer focus and collaborative mindset
