About the role

  • Senior Compliance Advisor enabling product development in compliance with regulatory requirements at Fidelity Investments. Collaborating across teams to manage compliance risks and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Enable the development of new products and services to help WI achieve strategic objectives
  • Conduct monitoring, audits, and analysis to detect compliance concerns
  • Provide decision support to resolve compliance issues
  • Collaborate with Fidelity Health for products and services development and implementation
  • Support Incident Management and response and communicate compliance-related requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in operations, program management, data analysis & reporting, requirements gathering and/or controls
  • Experience in compliance, risk management, audit and/or quality preferred
  • Experience in HIPAA covered products, retirement, health and/or insurance a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven track record to identify, analyze, prioritize, and resolve problems independently
  • Ability to plan and execute routines and projects timely
