About the role

  • Learning Experience Architect collaborating on digital learning solutions for Fidelity's talent programs. Designing user-centered experiences and advocating for innovative learning methods.

Responsibilities

  • Assist talent programs and learning organizations in producing digital solutions that deliver on their business outcomes.
  • Advocate for user-centered design and outcome-based thinking.
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning experiences that improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and Talent Product Owners on plans and strategy for large-scale initiatives and complex projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and/or Front-End Web Development
  • Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma
  • Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Eagerness to innovate and think differently
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
  • Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.
