Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and/or Front-End Web Development
- Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma
- Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Eagerness to innovate and think differently
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction
- In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.
- Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.
