About the role

Requirements
- 10+ years of technical hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications including UI, API, Database, and Cloud.
- Practical experience with software engineering fundamentals and tools such as requirements analysis and documentation (Jira), system design, API integration (SOAP/REST), cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), version control (GitHub), agile and scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive delivery.
- 5+ years of experience with direct people management.
- Brokerage experience and familiarity with Trading capabilities strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
