Responsibilities
- The Director role on Fidelity Procurement’s Strategic Sourcing team leads procurement projects of high complexity.
- Partnering with business leaders to strengthen Fidelity’s ability to secure the right products at the right price and contractual terms.
- Working across diverse business segments including digital assets, marketing, financial services, and consulting services while driving scale and efficiency for Fidelity.

Requirements
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or 5–8 years of equivalent experience in Procurement.
- Background in sourcing, contracting, procurement operations and/or related vendor/product management.
- Experience evaluating, negotiating, and contracting with suppliers.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams through procurement projects.
- Strong risk assessment skills and ability to translate requirements into viable business solutions.
- Proficiency in business analytics, developing business cases, and presenting recommendations to decision-makers.
- Experience engaging with leaders at all levels, from front-line teams to the C-Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
