About the role

  • Purchase Specialist at DocMorris handling operational procurement for the online pharmacy. Ensuring reliable orders and deliveries of health products while collaborating with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking customer- and warehouse-related orders with wholesalers and manufacturers
  • Placing special orders in coordination with Strategic Procurement
  • Monitoring delivery deadlines and taking proactive action in case of deviations
  • Communicating with suppliers to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Close collaboration with interfaces such as Accounting, Customer Service and Marketing

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent background
  • Several years of experience in operational procurement / demand planning, ideally in the pharmaceutical, food or FMCG sectors
  • Solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and a good sense of priorities
  • Team player with clear, respectful communication
  • Confident user of MS Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
