- Demonstrated ability to manage project forecasting, utilisation, and commercial performance in a consulting or services environment.
- Experience contributing to solution design, project scoping and proposal development for client engagements.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software delivery, preferably within workforce management or HR technology platforms.
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM, UKG Ready, or similar workforce management solutions highly regarded.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal leaders.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices.
- Experience leveraging automation, data or AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and productivity.
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent highly regarded.
