About the role

  • Solution Sales Manager driving revenue growth in Austria and Switzerland's financial sector. Collaborating with teams and managing sales cycles for ServiceNow and Tanium-related services.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth with clients in the financial services sector in Austria and Switzerland.
  • Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for ServiceNow IRM and Tanium solutions.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to capture customer requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with C‑level executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise solution sales, ideally in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), cybersecurity, or IT operations.
  • Proven track record selling to financial services firms in Austria and/or Switzerland.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to communicate the business value and ROI of integrated risk and compliance solutions.
