About the role
- Engineer for medium voltage technology at SMA Solar Technology AG focusing on innovative solutions for international markets. Join a 8-person team working on large scale projects for USA and Australia.
Responsibilities
- Du prüfst internationale Kundenanforderungen (v. a. aus den USA und Australien) auf technische Machbarkeit und entwickelst passende Lösungen.
- Du legst Mittelspannungstransformatoren, Schaltschrankanlagen, Unterverteilungen und Kabelsysteme aus und erstellst technische Spezifikationen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Integratoren zusammen.
- Du nutzt Teamcenter zur Pflege technischer Daten und betreust Fertigung und Abnahmen.
- Du analysierst Fehler, definierst Gegenmaßnahmen und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Mittelspannungsprodukte.
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Mittelspannungstechnik.
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Auslegung von Transformatoren, Schalterschränken, Kabeln und elektronischen Bauteilen mit.
- Du hast ein gutes Systemverständnis einer PCU (Power Conversion Unit) und deren Baugruppen, sowie dem Zusammenspiel im Systemverbund– und bist routiniert im Umgang mit Normen wie IEC 62271-202, IEC 60076 oder UL 1741.
- Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleg*innen, insbesondere bei Projekten mit Zeitverschiebung (USA und Australien).
