About the role
- Modern Workplace Engineer for Microsoft 365 improving infrastructure and user experience. Collaborating on projects and technical support for migration and transformation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Consulting, guidance and implementation of projects related to Microsoft 365 and client/mobile device management
- Operation and further development of Microsoft 365 environments with a focus on infrastructure and user experience
- Administration and expansion of client and mobile device management platforms (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Manager)
- Technical support for migrations as well as transition and transformation projects
- Optimization of digital workplace solutions together with customers and internal teams
- Close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or client & mobile device management solutions
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and roadmap
- Experience with infrastructure topics and user support
- Project experience in transition, migration, or transformation initiatives
- Basic knowledge of ITIL (service management)
- Fluent German (at least B2) and good English (at least B2)
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented work style, and team spirit
- Willingness to travel for projects
