About the role

  • Customer Lead at Skolon driving digital transformation in German education. Building relationships to expand customer base and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and expansion: You identify business opportunities within your customer portfolio and ensure that more schools and users benefit from Skolon.
  • Strategic partnership: You act as a trusted contact for German school authorities and advise them on how to make optimal use of our platform and increase adoption.
  • Market presence: You represent Skolon at education trade shows (e.g., didacta, Learntec), in webinars and at relevant conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Successful implementation: You support Skolon’s growth by ensuring customers can purchase, assign and start using their licenses with just a few clicks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.
  • You are a hands-on, results-driven self-starter who enjoys delivering outcomes and seeing user numbers grow.
  • Solid understanding of the German education system and its decision-making structures (e.g., school authorities, ministries of education).
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Structured, independent and proactive working style within a dynamic team.
