About the role

  • Commercial Advisor managing client portfolios for SKOLAE, helping candidates and companies with their training needs. Engaging with clients and providing financial advisory in the education sector.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the annual sales targets allocated by management
  • Understand and mobilize the various funding mechanisms: POE (POEI/POEC), CPF (Personal Training Account), AIF, individual funding, company skills development plans
  • Advise companies and candidates on financial arrangements tailored to their situations
  • Draft commercial proposals, quotes and responses to calls for tender
  • Manage the client portfolio: monitor and ensure the proper execution of contracts
  • Track commercial activity using the CRM tool
  • Retain clients and maintain commercial relationships
  • Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects
  • Be present on the ground with partner companies to understand their recruitment needs
  • Support and coach candidates in interview preparation
  • Lead group information sessions
  • Analyze companies' skills needs and identify suitable profiles
  • Match candidates from training programs with opportunities at partner companies
  • Present candidates sourced by the recruitment team to clients
  • Monitor the integration of placed candidates and provide post-placement follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with the recruitment team for sourcing and candidate qualification
  • Work in synergy with the employer-relations team
  • Work in tandem with the training/pedagogical teams to adapt programs to company needs
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and share field feedback
  • Anticipate companies' needs through active labor market monitoring
  • Propose innovative commercial initiatives to grow the portfolio
  • Be proactive in identifying new funding mechanisms and opportunities
  • Develop networks (referral partners, partners) in Île-de-France (Paris region)
  • Participate in trade shows and events related to recruitment and career transition

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (business school or Bachelor's in Business) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a commercial role working with companies
  • Knowledge of the professional training sector or experience in a recruitment agency / temporary staffing agency would be a major asset
