About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on B2B consultative sales and client solutions in São Paulo. Joining a creative marketing agency with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with companies, managing the full sales cycle
  • Work consultatively, identifying clients’ needs and proposing solutions
  • Participate in in-person and online meetings (Teams, Google Meet, Zoom)
  • Use Microsoft Office to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients
  • Develop customized commercial proposals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B consultative sales (minimum 1 year)
  • Previous experience with services, technology, corporate gifts, events, or incentive agencies
  • Proficiency with videoconferencing platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (completed)
