Responsibilities
Support and train the HR team on compensation topics
Prepare merit, promotion and retention proposals
Be responsible for the personnel budget
Build organizational structures together with HRBPs
Participate in salary surveys and updates to pay scales
Analyze data and prepare market comparison materials
Lead cycles for profit-sharing (PLR), variable pay (RV) and total compensation budgeting
Work with strategic HR KPIs and business intelligence (BI)
Support automation projects and process improvements in the area
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Psychology or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation
Knowledge of methodologies such as Hay, Mercer or Korn Ferry
Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking
Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis using BI tools
Project management experience (a plus)
Experience in technology companies, M&A or high-growth environments (a plus)
