About the role

  • Analista de Remuneração supporting HR by transforming data into business intelligence and influencing various areas. Seeking someone passionate about strategic remuneration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support and train the HR team on compensation topics
  • Prepare merit, promotion and retention proposals
  • Be responsible for the personnel budget
  • Build organizational structures together with HRBPs
  • Participate in salary surveys and updates to pay scales
  • Analyze data and prepare market comparison materials
  • Lead cycles for profit-sharing (PLR), variable pay (RV) and total compensation budgeting
  • Work with strategic HR KPIs and business intelligence (BI)
  • Support automation projects and process improvements in the area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation
  • Knowledge of methodologies such as Hay, Mercer or Korn Ferry
  • Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis using BI tools
  • Project management experience (a plus)
  • Experience in technology companies, M&A or high-growth environments (a plus)
