About the role
- Chief of Staff to the CTO at Sitemate, improving operational efficiency and systems in construction software. Working closely with engineering and product teams to drive productivity.
Responsibilities
- Owning and evolving SIFT (System for Insights, Feedback & Trends), using AI to analyse customer and prospect feedback across channels
- Designing and maintaining feedback, NPS, and insight pipelines that teams actually use
- Coordinating KPI, SLA, and delivery metrics across Product and Engineering
- Working with teams to improve delivery velocity, quality, and predictability
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools, including measuring usage and impact
- Reducing operational load on the CTO and PGMs by absorbing admin, coordination, and tooling work
- Acting as a thought partner to Product, Design, Engineering leadership on priorities, trade-offs, and execution
