Responsibilities
- Join neosight and become part of a team of 40 committed consultants, trusted partners who support their clients end-to-end on all SAP-related challenges.
- Act as the client's key contact, contributing to the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP solutions.
- Supervise and participate in drafting business requirements and functional or technical specifications for projects and application maintenance (TMA) engagements.
- Configure and set up SAP MM solutions.
- Oversee test phases and go-live activities.
- Produce functional documentation and user guides.
- Monitor consultants’ assignment progress and ensure consistency of deliverables.
- Serve as the operational point of contact between the client and the team, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Identify project risks or blockers and propose appropriate solutions.
- Promote best-practice sharing and provide methodological support to consultants.
- Strengthen your skills by keeping up with key developments in the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, BTP, Integration Suite, SAP AI, etc.) to stay at the forefront of innovation.
- Participate in internal and cross‑functional Group projects (CSR, HR, Marketing) and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Engineering school or equivalent)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with SAP, having contributed to multiple projects and application maintenance (TMA) assignments
- Proficiency in the MM module in both ECC and S/4HANA environments
- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, supply planning, and logistics
- Strong understanding of the P2P process and good knowledge of R2R and O2C business processes
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Analytical and synthesis skills, with strong written and verbal communication to clearly present deliverables
- Methodical and meticulous, able to manage projects autonomously
- Service-oriented and adaptable, able to interact with diverse stakeholders and environments
