Requirements
You already have initial leadership experience in (fashion) retail, enjoy being a role model and know how to promote teamwork
With your positive approach you balance our dynamic environment of customers, merchandise and promotions
Even when things are busy, you keep an overview of operations and always focus on our customers and their shopping experience
Your clear communication guides your team, provides reassurance and motivates
You are highly organized and optimize processes and workflows
You are comfortable working with KPIs, digital systems and tools and enjoy doing so
Very good German language skills; additional languages are a plus
