- IT Operations Manager leading security and infrastructure operations for silicone implant company in Brazil. Focusing on compliance, resilience, and team development in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop infrastructure and security teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Operate both strategically and operationally, ensuring the stability, scalability and security of environments.
- Plan and implement robust Information Security policies and controls (confidentiality, integrity, availability, governance and compliance).
- Manage on-premise and cloud environments, including networks, servers, storage, backup, telecom and connectivity.
- Lead critical technology upgrade and digital transformation projects focused on risk reduction, increased efficiency and compliance.
- Actively participate in the resolution of incidents, crises and high-complexity problems, ensuring operational continuity and implementation of controls.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, LGPD, SOX, GxP, ITIL, COBIT — national and international standards.
- Define strategies for resilience, business continuity and disaster recovery (DRP).
- Monitor security KPIs and indicators (SIEM, SOC), proposing continuous improvements and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage vendors, contracts and IT budgets, ensuring deliveries on time, within planned costs and that all services meet regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring evidence and national and international regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related fields.
- Strong experience managing IT operations, infrastructure and information security in regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of all infrastructure pillars (network, servers, cloud, storage, backup, telecom, etc.).
- Mastery of the information security pillars: people, processes and technology.
- Hands-on experience in hybrid environments and in resolving critical incidents.
- Practical experience with audits and regulatory compliance management.
- Leadership, negotiation and assertive communication skills.
- Advanced English.
