Responsibilities

  • Lead training and consulting sessions for our partners
  • Identify needs and define the scope of customized consulting engagements
  • Deliver training/consulting sessions in-person or remotely
  • Assist in creating scripts
  • Manage and promote external trainers
  • Support the deployment of partnerships with schools and training organizations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in payroll management
  • Proficiency with Silae payroll software
  • Teaching skills: ability to explain concepts and train users
  • Facilitation: delivering trainings, workshops, or coaching
  • Writing: creating clear materials (procedures, guides, reports)
