About the role

• Business Analyst focusing on health & social protection solutions for mySilae. Engaging with customers and product development for compliance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• As an expert in Health & Welfare (Santé & Prévoyance), you are the primary support for the VP Health and Benefits and Silae’s Sales & Marketing teams: portfolio management and follow-up.
• You support our partners in implementing, monitoring and renewing Health & Welfare contracts.
• Advisory and technical expertise: you master the legal and technical aspects of group insurance contracts and advise partners accordingly.
• Interface with insurers & partners: you coordinate exchanges between our partners, insurers and internal teams.
• Contribution to commercial development: you identify partners’ needs, propose appropriate solutions and contribute to tenders and RFPs.
• Analysis & drafting of functional specifications: you formalize the required adaptations of user journeys related to group personal insurance experience.

Requirements

• Expertise in Social Protection (employee benefits) — essential
• Solid experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) as an account manager, technical-sales representative or administrator in group insurance (health, welfare, pension), ideally gained at an insurer, brokerage firm or third-party administrator.
• Deep technical knowledge of group Health & Welfare products: coverages, pricing, regulatory aspects (Loi Evin, ANI, DUE, portability), management of contractual events and updating of databases.
• Knowledge of the corporate market: you understand companies’ specific constraints regarding social protection, compliance and HR/payroll management.
• Appetite for innovation: you are willing to experiment, learn new areas and are proactive in proposing improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation: you can adapt your communication to different stakeholders (HR directors, chartered accountants, executives, developers).
