Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategy and automation roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers to deliver high-quality releases.
- Drive shift-left testing and continuous quality practices within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align quality goals with delivery objectives.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for quality, velocity, and defect reduction.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Quality Engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in building and scaling test automation frameworks
- Strong knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and API testing platforms (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
- Experience driving shift-left testing practices within CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-enabled testing approaches and intelligent automation solutions
- Knowledge of cloud environments, microservices, and monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, New Relic)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
