Responsibilities
Provides analytical support in the management, administration, and implementation of compensation programs.
Participates in a broad range of fixed, variable, and executive compensation activities to include job evaluation, market pricing, annual salary and incentive planning.
Works closely with internal stakeholders and partners to support the management of all compensation programs.
Maintains compensation resources for both domestic and international employees.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimal experience to two (2) years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

**Language Skills: **Good written and verbal skills.** **Ability to analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, or the general public.
