About the role

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising and shelf replenishment according to customer specifications
  • Recruiting and hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training of team members
  • Performing quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with employees, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification

  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
  • Leading by example and strong motivational skills
  • Valid Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or team management is a plus
